*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Grant of Rights
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to Eighty8 Studios LLC, its employees, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and appearance (collectively referred to as “Likeness”).
I authorize Eighty8 Studios LLC to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content in any and all media formats now known or later developed, including but not limited to:
• Commercial advertising
• Broadcast television
• Streaming platforms
• Social media
• Websites
• Print materials
• Digital advertising
• Promotional and marketing materials
This authorization is granted in perpetuity and throughout the world.
2. No Additional Compensation
I acknowledge that I will receive no additional compensation, residuals, or royalties for the use of my Likeness beyond any compensation agreed to separately in writing, if applicable.
3. Waiver of Approval
I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of the content in which my Likeness appears, including written copy or edits that may accompany it.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Eighty8 Studios LLC and its clients, partners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of my Likeness, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or emotional distress.
5. No Obligation to Use
I understand that Eighty8 Studios LLC is under no obligation to use the photographs, video, or recordings captured.
6. Minors
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign below. The undersigned parent or guardian represents that they are the lawful guardian and have full authority to execute this release on behalf of the minor.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
